THE VAMPIRES WIFE x H&M black velvet bow dress. Size M. With tags. Worn once. Like new. Non stretch. Very roomy. I wore it when I was a Sz 12. It fit comfortably. So, IMO it works on either Sz. Comes w one extra button. Sold out in minutes. The velvet feels very high end. Shoulder padding. Ballon sleeve. All buttons work- the loops are stretchy. All measurements in pics. I recommend not steaming- it doesnt really wrinkle anyway.
