I got it to power up. I do not have an instruction manual. It ejects, loads the VHS-C tape, it rewinds, fast forwards but I could not get it to play. It has a battery, but I could not get it to charge.
It may work just fine and I just don’t know what I am doing. I am selling it for parts because I couldn’t figure it out.
