These electrolyte capsules contain Sodium, Potassium, Calcium and Magnesium in the ideal ratio to replace the ones lost by sweating so they are great for long distance runners, for people who sweat a lot or who train in a hot environment and for those who suffer from muscle cramps. This will help you maintain the right electrolyte levels in the body which will help you stay hydrated, prevent muscle cramping and reduce heat stress.
